The City of Sebastian was first incorporated as the Town of Sebastian in 1924. Current population is approximately 22,000. The City has seen rapid growth in the past several years and it is anticipated to continue.

Sebastian is 95 miles S.E. of Orlando, 22 miles south of Melbourne and 12 miles north of Vero Beach. This location, known as "The Treasure Coast," is accessible via I-95, the Florida Turnpike or the Airports in Orlando, Melbourne and Vero Beach.
